Your background:
- Skills – Ability to use measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of QMS & EHS systems, including documentation, internal audits, compliance, and safety •
Knowledge of Inspection of castings, machine components. - Welding Processes & Inspection Proficiency
- Painting or Coating Inspection
- Certification of NDT like RT, PT, UT & MT
- New Quality testing or checking skills
- Communication and handling of Third party or Customer inspection.
- Good command on computer skill (Excel) & Email communication skill in English
What we offer:
- You will have the opportunity to work in a quality-focused manufacturing environment and contribute to our final inspection, quality documentation and continuous improvement activities.
- You will work closely with Production, Customers and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies to ensure that products meet applicable specifications and quality requirements.
Your opportunities:
- Conduct final inspection of devices and spares as per PO, GAD, BOM and customer specifications.
- Monitor quality parameters and report deviations.
- Prepare quality documentation and Final Quality Dossiers.
- Coordinate CAPA activities with the Production team.
- Conduct filter winding and final device inspections.
- Coordinate inspections with customers and TPI agencies such as BV, TÜV, LR, SGS and DNV.
- Prepare L-Series documents, ECSQ submissions, final documents and PMI reports.
- Coordinate with TPI agencies for inspection arrangements and dispatch clearance.
- Support pre-order technical queries and service-order documentation.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and reduction of NCRs.
